What We Do (Our Role)

We provide design, construction, remodeling, and inspection services for adaptive housing. We do not submit grant applications. If you have grant approval or are applying independently, we will work to meet the required specifications.

  • Minor modifications: $2,000 – $8,000 (e.g. ramps, grab bars, widened doorways)
  • Medium remodels: $15,000 + (bathrooms, kitchens, accessible showers)
  • Full adaptive builds: Custom quoting required — varies by on size, features, permits, and materials


Timelines: (approx.)

  • Minor jobs: ~A couple of days to 2 weeks after design & permit approval
  • Medium remodels: ~2-4 weeks after design & permit approval
  • New construction: ~4‑8+ months depending on complexity, design, inspections, and permitting

Site Development

No. We do not prepare or submit grant paperwork. However, we provide plans, cost estimates, and documentation needed for your application.


Yes — we can build from approved architectural drawings and comply with required specifications.


Yes. We coordinate inspections to meet building code and safety standards.


Yes. Warranty terms depend on the scope of work and materials used; full details are provided in your proposal.
